Businessman Dan Ioschpe has been appointed the High-Level Climate Champion for COP30, "Caspian Energy Media" reports, citing the COP30 official X page.
Chosen by Brazilian President Lula da Silva, Ioschpe will lead voluntary climate actions and the implementation of the Paris Agreement. He is a board member of WEG, Marcopolo, and Embraer.
