President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Kazakhstan to attend the meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, at the invitation of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
