In Tianjin, China, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization adopted key documents addressing development through 2035, threat mitigation, dialogue expansion, the digital economy, and sustainable energy.

At the SCO Council of Heads of State meeting, the following documents were signed:

1. Tianjin Declaration of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;

2. Decision of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on the Approval of Documents Following the Council Meeting:

- Shanghai Cooperation Organization development strategy through 2035;

- Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States Cooperation Program to Counter Extremist Ideology in the SCO Region for 2026–2030;

- Roadmap for the implementation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization energy cooperation strategy through 2030, as well as several other documents.
