Ilham Aliyev lays foundation stone for Shirvan irrigation canal

On April 16, President the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation stone for the reconstruction of the Shirvan irrigation canal in the Hajigabul district and delivered a speech at the event, Caspian Energy Media reports with reference to the official website of the head of state.
